Policy and Guidelines


We understand plans may change from time to time. Therefore we allow cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

1. Terms and conditions apply

2. The prices on this website do not include art. You will be charged for art at the salon.

3. We do not accept cash. Only Swipe or mobile money.

4. All payments are non-refundable.

5. You wont be charged if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hour prior.

6. You will be charged for a missed appointment. If you decide to do 1 out of 2 or 3 services that you have booked you will be charged. 

7. If you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your nail tech will most likely ask you to change to a faster service so that the next client is not inconvenienced. 

8. Anyone who forgets or deliberately chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged again for their next appointment.  

9. If you're making a booking for 3 or more people you should pay the full amount for the service which is non-refundable if you cancel on the day of the appointment.

10. Prices may differ between Lusaka and Harare due to different economic dynamics.

11. If you reschedule more than 3 ties or deliberately not show up for your appointment more than twice, our system will not accept your booking. Our salon manager is also allowed to decline your booking request according to her discretion.  


We do not allow kids and extra guests. Our services are therapeutic therefore we will not allow inappropriate behavior that disturbs other clients. If you feel you’ve been treated unpleasantly by your nail tech, or feel you were not provided with the best service, please do not hesitate to contact us. You’re the business. We pride ourselves in the best service.
